     Alfred George Fletcher was born on 7 August 1890 in London, England.1,2 He was the son of George Fletcher and Emma Leagas.1 In the census of 5 April 1891 in 33 May Street, Fulham, London, England, he was listed as the lodger of George Fletcher.1,3 In the census of 31 March 1901 in 9 Boston Road, Walthamstow, Essex, England, he was listed as the step son of William John Turmaine.1,4 He married Ethel Priscilla Schwar in 1915 in West Ham, London, England.1 He died on 19 October 1942 aged 52.2
