     Zona Mescal Mitchell was born on 2 July 1924 in Cattai, New South Wales, Australia.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Moore Mitchell and Pearl Hanslow Roche.1 She married Ashbury Thomas Wilson Johnston, son of James Henry Johnston and Ada Jane Greathead, on 3 June 1946 in Presbyterian Church, Windsor, New South Wales, Australia.1 Zona died on 27 October 2005 in Windsor, New South Wales, Australia, aged 81.1 Her body was cremated on 28 October 2005 in Ebenezer Church Cemetery, Ebenezer, New South Wales, Australia.1
