     John Leslie Buckner was born on 26 March 1904 but was always known as Leslie.2,3 He was the son of Harry Buckner. He married Mary Milburn Greathead, daughter of William Greathead and Evelyn Milburn, on 19 January 1952 in Sedgefield Parish Church, Sedgefield, Durham, England, by banns Mary was aged 25 and John a widower aged 47 by W M Dykes. The ceremony was witnessed by William Duncan Greathead her brother and Irene Hawley Wishart her sister in law.4 He was a civil servant in the ministry of labour.2 John died in February 2000 in Canterbury, Kent, England, aged 95.1,5

     Irene Hawley Greathead was born on 2 November 1924 in Brewery House, Sedgefield, Durham, England.1 She was the daughter of William Greathead and Evelyn Milburn. She married Glen Wishart in 1945 in Durham, England.2 She emigrated Irene aged 21 travelled aboard the ship John Ericsson leaving Southampton on 21 March 1946 for the USA. Her UK address was given as 14 Sycamore Road, Fishburn, Stockton on Tees, Durham. She was going to join her US Army husband Glen, ASN 20714599 who was living at 105 East 48th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota.3 Irene died in March 2008 aged 83 quite suddenly.4 Irene was buried on 30 March 2008.4

     Glen Wishart married Irene Hawley Greathead, daughter of William Greathead and Evelyn Milburn, in 1945 in Durham, England.1 Glen, who was in the US Army ASN 20714599 and was living at 105 East 48th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota was joined by his wife Irene aged 21 who travelled aboard the ship John Ericsson leaving Southampton on 21 March 1946. He was baptised in 1893 in Easington, Durham, England.4 In the census of 31 March 1901 in 20 Gray Street, Hartlepool, Durham, England, he was listed as the son of William Greathead.5 In the census of 2 April 1911 in 19 West Row, Hesleden, Durham, England, he was listed as the son of William Greathead George was a miner putter boy.6 In the census of 19 June 1921 in 18 West Row, Monk Hesleden, Durham, England, he was listed as the son of Catherine Greathead George was a coal miner for Holdan Coal Company at Black Halls Colliery but out of work.7 He married Jane Pounder, daughter of Robert Pounder, on 24 December 1921 in Register Office, Easington, Durham, England, the ceremony was witnessed by Robert Pounder Brown and Mary Isabella Brown. Clara lived at 8 East Terrace, Heselden, Easington.11 He was a coalminer, he worked as a colliery surface worker and coal cutter in the coal mine. George died on 18 February 1959 in 8 East Terrace, Hesleden, Hartlepool, Durham, England, aged 65.12,13 The will of George was proved on 17 April 1959 in London to Clara Ellen Greathead his widow. He was baptised on 3 March 1880 in United Free Methodists Church, Lynn Street, West Hartlepool, Durham, England.1,5 In the census of 3 April 1881 in 12 Fossett Street, Stranton, West Hartlepool, Durham, England, he was listed as the son of Peter Greathead Peter was a cartwrights living with his wife and young son.6 He was a journeyman bricklayer between 1901 and 1909. In the census of 31 March 1901 in 13 Gainsford Street, Hartlepool, Durham, England, he was listed as the son of Peter Greathead William was a boat builder.7 He married Ada Lamplough, daughter of John Lamplough and Mary Horn, on 19 October 1902 in Register Office, Hartlepool, Durham, England, Married by Arthur Barrett, witnessed by C H Hall and Elizabeth Hall.8 William was listed as head of household in the census of 2 April 1911 in 35 Beechwood Road, Belle Vue, Hartlepool, Durham, England, Wiliam was a brick layer in the steel works living with his wife and children in a three roomed home.9 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register William was listed as living at 47 Elwick Road, West Hartlepool, Durham, England, with his wife Ada. In the census of 5 April 1891 in 17 Anthony Street, West Hartlepool, Durham, England, she was listed as the daughter of George Usher she was a scholar.3 She married William Spurr Lamb, son of Charles Lamb and Elizabeth Boagey, on 6 April 1907 in All Saints, Stranton, West Hartlepool, Durham, England, They were married by banns William aged 27 Elizabeth aged 24 by Joseph Bennett. The ceremony was witnessed by Thomas Usher, Fred C Harrison and Emily Usher.      Henry Taylorson Storer was born on 26 July 1847 in Seaton Carew, Durham, England.1,2 He was the son of William Henry Storer and Augusta Sophia Adams. He was baptised on 6 January 1848 in Holy Trinity, Seaton Carew, Durham, England, by John Lawson.3 In the census of 30 March 1851 at Seaton Carew, Durham, England, he was listed as the son of William Henry Storer.4,5 In the census of 7 April 1861 in Seaton Carew, Durham, England, he was listed as the son of William Henry Storer Henry was a scholar.6 In the census of 2 April 1871 in Seaton Carew, Durham, England, he was listed as the son of William Henry Storer Henry was a blacksmith.7 He married Mary Good, daughter of George Good and Elizabeth Hayes Corner, in 1875 in Stockton on Tees, Durham, England.8 He was initially a blacksmith, but by 1877 he had become a postman/letter carrier. Although before he died he spent a while working as a river pilot. Henry was listed as the head of the family on the census of 3 April 1881 in Front Street, Seaton Carew, Durham, England.4 Henry was listed as head of household in the census of 31 March 1901 at West View, Front Street, Seaton Carew, Durham, England, Henry was a postman.9 He died on 27 October 1919 in Trout Street, Seaton Carew, Durham, England, aged 72 he died suddenly in the street by 4 Carlisle Street from syncape due to heart disease, an inquest was held on 28 October 1919.10,11 Henry was buried on 30 October 1919 in Holy Trinity, Seaton Carew, Durham, England, by Frederick Beavan.
