With their son Phineas. George was a general farm worker.6 George and Margaret together with their daughter Nellie and her son Richard moved to a new house in 1943 in 2 Woodview, Frampton Mansell, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England.7 Margaret joined the Sapperton with Frampton Mansell Mothers Union on 13 September 1945.7 Margaret died in 1950 in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England.8

George died on 23 April 1925 in Pontypridd, Glamorganshire, Wales.2,3 George was buried on 27 April 1925 at 3:30, it was a Monday afternoon in Treorchy Cemetery, Treorchy, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Wales, His parents lived at 11 Brynhyfry Place, Treherbert. The burial cost £1.39, being 5 shillings the ministers fee and 8shillings and nine pence to reopen grave N4 3 presumably the first George H had been buried there in 1916.3

She married Oswell Richard Howells on 29 January 1898 in St Luke, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Edlbin Tylet and Fanny Price. Oswell was a labourer like his father Richard. Agnes' father Charles was also a labourer. Oswell and Agnes gave their address as 90 Alma Place.4,5 In the census of 31 March 1901 in 28 Alma Place, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England, she was listed as the daughter of Mary Gittings.6 Her husband Oswell died on 1905 in Pershore, Worcestershire, England.7 She married Samuel Henry Greathead, son of Samuel F Greathead and Elizabeth Hyde, on 1 February 1908 in St Luke the Less with St Stephen, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Henry Charles Charles Gittings and Alice Gittings. Samuel was a labourer and his father also called Samuel was a bellows maker. Agnes 's father Charles had been a labourer but had died. On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Gwendoline Jessie Greathead was listed as living at Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England, with her parents Gwendoline was a clothing layer up.3 Gwendoline died on 6 December 2006 in Gloucester Royal Hospital, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England, aged 81 formerly of Shakespear Avenue she died peacefully, after a short illness.4,5 Her body was cremated at 12:30 on 15 December 2006 in Gloucester Crematorium, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England, It was requested that flowers be sent to S.C. & B.S. Cocks, Funeral Directors, 59 Hucclecote Road, Gloucester GL3 3TL.4 Gwendoline was lovingly remembered as Gwen of Barnwood formerly Shakespear Avenue who died peacefully after a short illness in hospital. The newspaper article by her sister Iris on the anniversary of her birthday she would have been 82 on Sunday 13 May. She was a sadly missed aunt and great aunt.4,6

Ernest was a white metal caster of tin and lead ingots, his wife was a wire winding machinist.4 Ernest died on 28 October 1967 in 19 Woodbine Croft, Sheldon, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, aged 59.8,9 His body was cremated in November 1967 in Yardley Crematorium, Yardley Road, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.10 Ernest did not leave a will.
