     John Joseph Greated was born about 1816.¹ He was the son of Joseph Greated and Rebecca Catlin. He died in 1818.² He was buried on 21 February 1818 in St Mary the Virgin, Church Walk, Hayes, Middlesex, England, he lived at Snowshill and was only eighteen months old.^1,2 There is a white marble memorial with the bust of Rev Charles Manning on top who was the vicar of St Mary the Virgin in Hayes. His wife Elizabeth was the daughter of the previous vicar. On this memorial are details about the deaths of many of the Greated family, it can be found inside the church, close t the North door.²

     Mary Ann Greated was born about 1813.¹ She was the daughter of Timothy Greated and Mary Ann Daley.¹ She died on 1 December 1827.² She was buried on 16 December 1827 in St Mary the Virgin, Church Walk, Hayes, Middlesex, England, she lived in Ely Place.¹ There is a white marble memorial with the bust of Rev Charles Manning on top who was the vicar of St Mary the Virgin in Hayes.      Eliza Greated was born about 1814.¹ She was the daughter of Timothy Greated and Mary Ann Daley. She died in 1815.² She was buried on 15 October 1815 in St Mary the Virgin, Church Walk, Hayes, Middlesex, England, aged 16 months she lived in St Sepulchre.¹ There is a white marble memorial with the bust of Rev Charles Manning on top who was the vicar of St Mary the Virgin in Hayes.      Cyrus Edgar Fuller married Sarah Mason.¹

     Sarah Mason married Cyrus Edgar Fuller.¹

     Claude Fuller was the son of Cyrus Edgar Fuller and Sarah Mason.¹ He died in 1928 Claude had been a well known Entomogist and had emigrated from Australia to South Africa. He was killed in a motorcar accident.¹

     Lucy Harding was born in 1877 in South Shields, Durham, England.^1,2 She was the daughter of Frederick J Harding and Annie Ovenden.¹ She married John Francis Bewley in 1899 in Weymouth, Dorset, England, John and Lucy lived in Jarrow until about 1918 when they moved down to Cleethorpes in Lincolnshire.^1,3

     William Walker married Rebecca Greathead, daughter of Francis Greathead and Sarah Thornton, on 19 December 1838 in St Marylebone, Westminster, London, England, after a licence had been issued on 10 Deember 1838. The ceremony was witnessed by Wm Geo Pau and Wm Tookey. I would suggest that these may not be friends as Wm Geo Tookey witnessed the previous wedding the day before!. William was described as a cheese charger his father being listed as a Gent and Rebeccas as an Excise Offcer dec'd.^1,2,3

     Albert H Bennett married Margaret May Easby, daughter of John Robert Easby and Margaret Sarah Greathead, in 1919 in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England.¹

     Dorothy M Rowe married Kenneth Laws Waights, son of William Laws Waights and Selina Truefitt, in 1935 in Exeter, Devon, England.¹

     Francis was described as an engineer on the marriage certificate of his son Reginald in 1914.¹

     In 1871 when Thomas daughter Eliza married John Greathead, he was described as a warehouseman.¹

     John Cullin was born about 1843. He married Charlotte Susanna Greathead, daughter of Featherstone Greathead and Sophia Charlotte Swindon, on 27 September 1875 in St Thomas, Bethnal Green, London, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by William Bleeze and Emma Hall. John was a parchment cutter and lived at St Johns Street, Charlotte lived at 86 St Johns Street.^1,2

     Johann Hinrick Dohrmann was born about 1830 in Hanover, Germany.¹ He married Maria Greathead, daughter of Joseph Greathead and Maria Brumfield, on 13 June 1859 in St Matthew, Essex Road, Islington, London, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by William Curtis and Suan Newcombe. Maria signed with her mark and her age was given as 28. I believe that to be wrong. The register is completed with Johann being written as John Henry the anglicised version of his name, he signs Johann Hinrick. He was a sugar baker living at 9 New Road, St George in the East. Maria was living at 13 Rotherfield Street.^2,3 Johann was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 7 April 1861 in 9 New Road, St George in the East, London, England, Johann was listed as a sugar baker living with his wife.⁴ I have assumed Maria Dohrmann died before 1871 as Johann remarried.¹ He married Elizabeth ...¹ Johann was listed as head of household in the census of 2 April 1871 in 27 Swann Street, St George in the East, London, England, Johann was still listed as a sugar baker living with his new wife.⁵

     Elizabeth ... was born about 1836 in Darmstadt, Germany.¹ She married Johann Hinrick Dohrmann.¹ In the census of 2 April 1871 in 27 Swann Street, St George in the East, London, England, she was listed as the wife of Johann Hinrick Dohrmann.²

     In 1894 when Richards son Arthur married Adelaide Richard was listed as a Gentleman.¹

     In 1915 when Henrys daughter Susannah married he was described as a labourer.¹

     In 1921 Benjamin was described as a carpenter on his son Montague's marriage register. His son was also a carpenter.¹

     In 1879 when Elias daughter Elizabeth married Francis he was described as a farmer.¹

     Joseph Beverly died before 1881 he was described on the marriage regsiter when his son William married Louisa in 1881as a deceased baker.¹
