     Reginald Makepeace was born on 8 April 1879 in England.2,3 He was the son of Peter Makepeace and Louisa Lamb. Reginald sailed on19 September 1902 aboard SS Oceanic leaving Liverpool. He was listed as a machinist, single and aged 23. Although his nationality was described as Great Britain he was listed as returning home.2 Reginald Makepeace lived in Drumison Avenue, Brooklyn, Cleveland, Ohio. His Aunt Elizabeth Curchin left Liverpool aboard the ship Baltic arriving in New York on 16 June 1905 to stay with him.4 He married Clara Laura Best.3 Reginald sailed aboard SS Bremen which had 125 passengers on board. He was listed as a machinist and gave his address as 97 Old Park Ridings, London SW1.2 His wife Clara died on 17 September 1935 aged 57.3 He married Sadie Heilman.3 He died on 22 July 1937 aged 58.3

His wife Nora died on 3 January 1974 in 80 Camden Street, Stockton on Tees, Durham, England, aged 60.6,7 He died on 22 January 1982 in 80 Camden Street, Stockton on Tees, Durham, England, aged 71.1,8,9 The will of George was proved on 23 March 1982 in Newcastle upon Tyne.
