     Harry Turmaine was born on 24 May 1895 in West Ham, London, England.1,2 He was the son of William Turmaine and Caroline Raby.1 In the census of 31 March 1901 in William Street, West Ham, London, England, he was listed as the son of William Turmaine.3 He married Laura Stevens, daughter of Henry Thomas Stevens and Catherine Shortland, on 14 January 1919 in West Ham, London, England.1 His wife Laura died on 1936 in Romford, Essex, England, She died from cancer of the throat.1 Harry died on 30 December 1939 in Poplar, London, England, aged 44.1

     George Turmaine was born on 28 May 1878 in West Ham, London, England.1,2 He was the son of William Turmaine and Caroline Raby.1 In the census of 3 April 1881 in 7 Duff Fields, Bromley St Leonards, London, England, he was listed as the son of William Turmaine.3 He died on 30 August 1885 in Hip Hospital, Christchurch, Dorset, England, aged 7 Poor George died from morbus coxae which is apparently a tubercular disease of the hip. He had suffered with the disease for two years and the tubercular meningitis for one week. Florence Kimber from the hospital was the informant. He sadly died whilst on holiday.4,1,5

     Noah Turmaine was baptised on 21 May 1777 in St Mary, Northgate, Canterbury, Kent, England.1,2 He was the son of Edward Guillaume Turmaine and Sarah Holness.1 He married Elizabeth Clark on 7 February 1808 in St Paul, Canterbury, Kent, England.3,1 His wife Elizabeth died on 1821.2,1 He married Sarah Austen Sarah is Noah's second wife, he was a carpenter.1 Noah was buried on 16 September 1849 in St Alphege, Canterbury, Kent, England.1 He died on 16 September 1849 in Canterbury Workhouse, Canterbury, Kent, England, aged 72 He died from ulcers.4,5,1 The will of Noah was proved on 9 February 1856 Thomas mentions his six children in his will, being John, William, George, Thomas, Elizabeth and Catherine. The will was proved on 9 February 1856 in London. The will was written on 17 November 1847. he was described as a carpenter.6

She died of intestinal intoxication and her physician was M G Brown.2,3 Hilda was buried on 9 October 1929 in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hamilton, Wentworth, Ontario, Canada, The burial was undertaken by Gormley and Dermody.1

     Frank Saunders was born on 6 July 1885 in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, England.2 He was the son of Henry Saunders and Alice Coker.2 He married Florence Emma Turmaine, daughter of William Turmaine and Caroline Raby, on 2 April 1910 in St Mary, Wanstead, London, England.3,2 His wife Florence died on 10 January 1953 in Surrey, England, aged 67 She died from carcinoma of the stomach.2 He died on 22 January 1958 in Surrey, England, aged 72 Frank was a retired private chauffeur and died from cardiac failure.2

     Colin Arthur William Turmaine was born on 26 December 1920 in West Ham, London, England.2 He was the son of Arthur Albert Turmaine and Edith Emily Eastwell.1 He married May Anderson, daughter of Harry Anderson and Eva Baddeley, on 8 September 1951 in Oldham, Lancashire, England. He died on 28 January 1989 in Poole, Dorset, England, aged 68 Colin died from Myocardial infarction. He had worked as a gasfitter. His ashes were scattered from a boat by his family off Poole.1,3,4
