In 1930 Albert appeared on the Australian electoral rolls as living in Fleurbaix Avenue, Milperra, Bankstown, Reid, New South Wales and working as a labourer.6 By 1936 he had moved to Alfred Road Liverpool, Werriwa, New South Wales.6 He died on 7 February 1957 in Liverpool, New South Wales, Australia, aged 77.1,7 He was buried in Church of England Section of the Liverpool Cemeteryl No E5. 41, Liverpool, New South Wales, Australia, He is buried with his sister Florence Eliza Greathead - Hutchison.2

     William Greathead was born on 1 August 1826 in Meltham, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England.1 He was the son of Joseph James Greathead and Sarah Dunstall.3 He was baptized on 26 November 1826 in Wesleyan, Meltham, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England.1,4 In the census of 7 June 1841 in High Street, Blue Town, Sheerness, Kent, England, he was listed as the son of Joseph James Greathead.2,5 He married Rachel Sands, daughter of William Sands and Alice Richards, on 23 March 1850 in Wesleyan Chapel, Rochester, Kent, England.6,7,8 William and Rachel moved to Chatham on 8 April 1850, then London on 25 September 1854 and then to Barnstaple on 18 June 1858. William's parents emigrated to Melbourne, Australia on 12 April 1853. Rachel's father William died in Chatham on 17 April 1853 and her mother Alice in December 1873 aged 93.8 William was listed as head of household in the census of 30 March 1851 at 308 High Street, Chatham, Kent, England, William was a draper.9 William was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 7 April 1861 in Belliar, Pelton, Barnstaple, Devon, England, William was a linen draper and lived with his wife and children, William, Alice, Frederick and Sarah.10 William was assesed for tax on 11 September 1863 as living in High Street, Braunton, Barnstaple, Devon as having a total income of £60 for which the tax due was just over £1.8 He died on 21 February 1864 in Barnstaple, Devon, England, aged 37.11,12

Nelson This was Jane's first marriage.1 She married Charles Greathead, son of Joseph James Greathead and Sarah Dunstall, on 4 October 1867 in Fitzroy, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, Both Charles and Jane had been married before.1,3,4,5 Her husband Charles died on 17 November 1877 in Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, aged 47 after being in Australia for eleven years. Charles who was residing in North Sandbridge was admitted to hospital on 15 November after suffering for the previous thirteen months from incipient mania. He had lived at home and had been cared for by his wife. He took a fit on this day from which he did not recover. A Coroner's inquest was held where he was declared well nourished and showing no signs of neglect. The details of his body functions were described in the inquest report.1,3,6,7,8,9,10 She married Thos Lyford in 1878 in Victoria, Australia, Thomas was Jane's third husband.1,11,12 She died on 10 June 1885.1 She was buried on 10 June 1885 in Melbourne General Cemetery, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.1
