     Sarah Petchey Simpkin was born about 1862 in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire, England.2,3 She married Thomas Greathead, son of Samuel Greathead and Ann Saint Paul, in 1882 in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire, England.4 In the census of 5 April 1891 in Granby Cottage, Oxford Road, Chesterton, Cambridgeshire, England, she was listed as the wife of Tom Greathead.5 In the census of 31 March 1901 she was listed as the wife of Thomas Greathead.3 Sarah's husband Thomas died on 24 September 1917. She received Probate on his estate on 30 November 1917. He was a carpenter.1 She died on 8 January 1923 in Granby Cottage, Oxford Road, Chesterton, Cambridgeshire, England.6,1 The will of Sarah was proved on 28 September 1923 to Helen Greathead her daughter in London. In the census of 5 April 1891 in Granby Cottage, Oxford Road, Chesterton, Cambridgeshire, England, he was listed as the son of Tom Greathead.3 In the census of 31 March 1901 in Granby Cottage, Oxford Road, Chesterton, Cambridgeshire, England, he was listed as the son of Thomas Greathead William was a pawn brokers assistant.2 He died on 1 December 1928 in Mental Institution, Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire, England, His usual address was 69 Oxford Road, Cambridge.4,5 He did not leave a will. She received Probate in London on her estate on 28 September 1923.3 She married Albert Edward Dean, son of James Dean, on 23 June 1927 in St Luke, Chesterton, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Annie Williams, Ernest Dean and Fred Greathead. Albert was a chauffeur from 67 Orchard Road and Helen was from 134 Oxford Road.4,5

     Mary Powel was born in 1799.2 She married William Tunley, son of Joseph Tunley and Mary Anne Davies, in April 1824 in Llanfechin, Montgomeryshire, Wales, Mary was William's first wife. They married after taking our a licence on 8 April 1824 in the Diocese of Saint Asaph.2 She died in July 1824 a few days after birth of daughter Mary.2 She was buried in Llanfechin churchyard, Llanfechin, Montgomeryshire, Wales.2

Elizabeth was sister to Ann (Jon's 2nd wife) John and both wives Welsh speaking.      Mary Griffiths was born on 22 September 1881 in Moss, Wrexham, Denbighshire, Wales.1 She was the daughter of George Griffiths and Martha .... She married Blodwell Tunley, son of John Tunley and Elizabeth Lewis, on 30 March 1905 in Bethel Welsh Wesleyan Chapel, Brymbo, Denbighshire, Wales.1,2 She died in 1972.1
