     Kate Elizabeth Blakeman was born on 30 May 1886 in Neithrop, Banbury, Oxfordshire, England.3 She was the daughter of Harry Blakeman and Ellen Manton.2,3 She married Harry Greathead, son of William Greathead and Sushannah Court, on 22 February 1913 in SS Peter and Paul Church, Aston, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, They both lived at 104 Queens Road, Aston, Birmingham. The marriage was witnessed by Charles H Willis and Leah Haddon.4,5 She was also known by the name of Mary Greathead. Her husband Harry died on 1926 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.6 She married Charles F Allen in 1936 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.7

     William Frederick Greathead was born on 26 April 1944 in Manchester, Lancashire, England.2 He was the son of Fred Greathead and Edith Wilson. He married Carole A Yates in 1971 in Manchester, Lancashire, England, Although all three children's mother is listed under the surname of Davies on the GRO index.1,3 He died on 13 January 1989 in Warrington, Cheshire, England, aged 44 I do not know why his death was not registered until May.4,5 He did not leave a will. Administration papers were issued on 16 August 1989 in Manchester. His effects were described as not exceeding £70,000.6
