     Wilfred Greathead was born on 21 October 1913 in Auckland, Durham, England.2 He was the son of Robert Greathead and Sarah Dowson. He married Elizabeth V Moorhouse, daughter of ... Syrie, in 1934 in Bradford, Yorkshire, England.3 He married Elsie Windle in 1963 in Bradford, Yorkshire, England.4,1 Wilfred had a secret affair which only came to light at his funeral when his daughter Vivienne turned up.1 He died on 25 March 1988 in 13 Ashcroft Avenue, Purston, Pontefract, Yorkshire, England, aged 74.5,6 Administration papers were issued with a will on 8 June 1988 in Leeds. His effects were described at not exceeding £70,000.6
