I have not been able as yet to locate John her husband.3 In the census of 7 April 1861 in Street, Swefling, Suffolk, England, she was listed as the wife of John Banthorpe.4 In the census of 2 April 1871 in Low Street Cottage, Swefling, Suffolk, England, she was listed as the wife of John Banthorpe. In the census of 7 April 1861 in Street, Swefling, Suffolk, England, she was listed as the daughter of John Banthorpe.2 In the census of 2 April 1871 in Low Street Cottage, Swefling, Suffolk, England, she was listed as the daughter of John Banthorpe Mary was described as a dressmaker. In the census of 3 April 1881 in Shenley Hill House, Shenley, Barnet, Hertfordshire, England, she was listed as the servant she worked as a cook, for Foster A McGeachy a magistrate. Interestingly the boot man was called George Blake to whom Mary was married in 1882.3 She married George Blake in 1882 in Westminster, London, England.4
