     Edward Tolley Sefton was born about 1857.2 He was the son of Edward George Sefton.3 He married Isabella Margaret Abbley, daughter of William Huitson and Elizabeth Greathead, on 8 November 1898 in Parish Church of S Sampson, York, Yorkshire, England, The marriage took place after banns were read, and was witnessed by John Richard Smith and Mary Patrick Huitson.

Both Edward and Isabella had been widowed. Edward gave his occupation as a plasterer and his address as Back Swinegate. Isabella gave her address as Finkle Street.4

     Jane Watkins was baptised on 14 October 1821 in St Philip and St Jacob, Bristol, Somerset, England.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Watkins and Jemima Greethead.1 In the census of 6 June 1841 in Tyler Street, Bristol, Somerset, England, she was listed as the sister of Mary Watkins Jane was a tobacco stripper.2 She married Henry Fackrell on 29 March 1846 in St Michael's, Bristol, Somerset, England.1,3 In the census of 30 March 1851 at St Philip and St Jacob, Union Road, Bristol, Somerset, England, she was listed as the wife of Henry Fackrell.4,1 Jane was listed as the head of the family on the census of 7 April 1861 in 66 York Street, Bristol, Somerset, England.5,1 Jane was listed as the head of the family on the census of 5 April 1881 in Freshford Lane, St Mary Redcliff, Bristol, Somerset, England, the family also had a boarder named Mary Reed, she was a dressmaker from Thornbury.6,1 Jane died in 1888 in Bedminster, Bristol, Somerset, England.1

Elizabeth Grace Greethead née Herne
     Elizabeth Grace Herne was born in 1878 in Shoalhaven, New South Wales, Australia.1 She was the daughter of William Herne and Jane Bennie.1 She married Stephen Henry Greethead, son of Stephen Thomas Greethead and Mary Jane Jordan, in 1904 in Milton, New South Wales, Australia.2,1,3 Stephen and Elizabeth and their children Alison and Henry appeared on the 1930 Australian electoral rolls as living at 334 Victoria Avenue, Artarmon, N Sydney, New South Wales. Stephen was described as a painter, Elizabeth a shopkeeper, Henry a carpenter and Alison a dressmaker. There was also a listing at 23 Little Street, Lane Cove, N Sydney for all four again in 1930. All had the same occupations except Elizabeth who was described as home duties.4 Her husband Stephen died on 2 October 1930 in St Leonards, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, aged 54.5,1,6,7,8 Elizabeth died on 19 March 1954 in New South Wales, Australia.8 Elizabeth was buried in 1954 in MacQuarie Park Cemetery, Macquarie Park, New South Wales, Australia, in Section A Row 6 Number 76 Grave 1.8

     Charles Edwin Greethead was born on 15 October 1887 in St Leonards, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.1,2,3 He was the son of Stephen Thomas Greethead and Mary Jane Jordan.1 It seems that the family must have returned after Elsie was born to England, as I have found them on the a further passenger list. Stephen, a painter and Mary took their children Charles, Elsie, and Henry aboard the steamship Oroya on 25 September 1892 in Plymouth setting sail for Sydney, Australia with 94 passengers. E E Lavington was the Master of the ship which was in the J Pengelly & Co line and was described as 4425 square feet and having a registered tonnage of 6057. Their son Arthur travelled later in 8 August 1908 with his wife Martha and son Herbert aboard Orontes bound for Austalia.4 He married Dora May Richards, daughter of Charles Richards and Alice ..., on 12 April 1913 in St Leonards, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.1,5,6 Charles died on 17 June 1976 in New South Wales, Australia, aged 88.7,8
