     Ada Emily Little was born on 22 January 1908 in Wandsworth, London, England.1 She was the daughter of Edward Edgar Little and Rose Cooke. She was the daughter of Edward Edgar Little and Rose Little in the 1911 census in 6 Bakers Cottage, Prescott Place, Clapham, London, England.2 She married Reginald Young, son of John Young and Agnes Cassell, in 1936 in Wandsworth, London, England.3 Reginald and Ada set up home at Gerda 6 New Road bringing up their family and living till they died.4 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Ada was listed as living at Gerada, 6 New Road, Wonersh, Surrey, England, with her husband Reginald. Reginald was Gardener living with his wife and small daughter Brenda.5 Her husband Reginald died in 1996 in Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford, Surrey, England.6 She died on 15 June 2001 in Gerada, 6 New Road, Wonersh, Surrey, England, at age 93.7 She was buried on 21 June 2001 in Wonersh and Blackheath Cemetery, Wonersh, Surrey, England, in plot C15 after a service in St John the Baptist, Wonersh.8

Brenda Regina Young

     Brenda Regina Young was born on 31 March 1938 in Surrey, England.1 She was the daughter of Reginald Young and Ada Emily Little. She was baptised on 5 June 1938 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, her father was a gardener.2 Brenda lived in Gerada, 6 New Road until her death. Initially with her brother and parents until their death. She and her brother then continued to live their until her death.3 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Brenda Regina Young was listed as living at Gerada, 6 New Road, Wonersh, Surrey, England, with her parents.4 Brenda went to school in Bramley and later Tillingbourne. She worked as a seamstress and loved knitting. She enjoyed walking and trips to the seaside. Worthng was a favourite of hers. She died on 14 January 2017 in Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford, Surrey, England, at age 78 after a short illness, sadly spending her last Christmas in hospital. A post mortem was carried out in late January.5 Her body was cremated on 16 February 2017 in Guildford Crematorium, Godalming, Surrey, England.5

     William Frederick Lintott was born in 1891 in Steyning, Sussex, England.1 He was the son of Frank Lintott and Rose Mary Ayling.2 He was listed as the brother in law of Albert Green and Rose Catherine Green in the 1911 census in Chelston Cottage, Eastwood Road, Bramley, Surrey, England. William was a gardener in the nursery.3 He married Caroline Amelia Hogsden, daughter of Walter Hogsden and Caroline Ottaway, on 8 May 1915 in St Mary the Virgin, Shalford, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Walter Hogsden and Mary Elizabeth Hogsden. William was a paperhanger, his father Frank was a bricklayer and had died. Caroline's father Walter was a nursery gardener. Both William and Caroline lived in Shalford.4 The Surrey Advertiser of 23 August 1919 described the wedding of William's sister in law Mary Hogsden. William had only returned the previous week from Salonica after four years absence and acted as best man.5 William and Cariline lived in 1921 in Gosden Nurseries, Bramley, Surrey, England.6 From at least 1945-50 William and Caroline lived in 2 Glenbrook Villas, Eastwood Road, Bramley, Surrey, England.6 William and Caroline lived from 1952 till William's death in 1957 in 71 Eastwood Road, Bramley, Surrey, England.6 He died in December 1957 in Surrey, England.7
