Brenda Regina Young was born on 31 March 1938 in

Reginald Young and
Ada Emily Little. She was baptised on 5 June 1938 in
St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, her father was a gardener.
2 Brenda lived in Gerada, 6 New Road until her death. Initially with her brother and parents until their death. She and her brother then continued to live their until her death.
3 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Brenda Regina Young was listed as living at
Gerada, 6 New Road, Wonersh, Surrey, England, with her parents.
4 Brenda went to school in Bramley and later Tillingbourne. She worked as a seamstress and loved knitting. She enjoyed walking and trips to the seaside. Worthng was a favourite of hers. She died on 14 January 2017 in
Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford, Surrey, England, at age 78 after a short illness, sadly spending her last Christmas in hospital. A post mortem was carried out in late January.
5 Her body was cremated on 16 February 2017 in
Guildford Crematorium, Godalming, Surrey, England.

William Frederick Lintott was born in 1891 in

4 The Surrey Advertiser of 23 August 1919 described the wedding of William's sister in law Mary Hogsden. William had only returned the previous week from Salonica after four years absence and acted as best man.
