She taught the five and six year olds for over ten years.² John and Susan moved with their children David and Rebecca around 1982 to Wonersh.³ She died on 5 April 2012 in Gatesbury, Wonersh Common, Wonersh, Surrey, England.⁴

     Kay Patricia Faulkner was born on 1 September 1952. She married Graham Bonham Carter, son of Robin Desmond Bonham Carter and Brenda Clare Mccarthy, circa 2007. She died on 20 August 2008 in South Africa at age 55. In August 2008 a seven-strong party family party set off for a safari holiday. Sadly four of the party were killed when their rented minibus blew a tyre and somersaulted as they travelled from Botswana to the Madikwe game reserve in South Africa. The party included Graham Bonham-Carter, wife Kay, Shelley Bennett, Piers Egerton-Warburton, Brenda Bonham-Carter, Fiona Egerton-Warburton, Marcus Egerton-Warburton and Francis Kirkwood. Sadly Kay, Brenda March and Francis all died.¹
