Edmund was described as a labourer.1,4

     Martha Lockyer was born about 1848.1 She was the daughter of Raynard Lockyer and Frances Epps.1 She married Thomas Thurston Kingsnorth on 23 July 1866 in Parsh Church, Iwade, Kent, England, after the banns were read. The ceremony was witnessed by Edward and Jane Cooper. No father was given for Thomas. Martha's father was listed as Reginard, I think this should have been Reynard.1,2 Her brother Raynard Lockyer died on 25 November 1879 She registered his death.3

Her daughter Lizzie registered the death.1,4

     Uvedale Edward Parry Okeden was born in 1845 in Lytchel, Dorset, England.1,2 He was the son of William Parry Okeden and Julia Henrietta Greathed.1 In the census of 30 March 1851 at Turnworth House, Turnworth, Blandford, Dorset, England, he was listed as the son of William Parry Okeden.3 In the census of 7 April 1861 in Turnworth House, Turnworth, Blandford, Dorset, England, he was listed as the son of William Parry Okeden.4 In the census of 2 April 1871 he was listed as the visitor of Henry James Lee Warner.5 He married Rose Ellen Marian Antoinette Lee Warner, daughter of Henry James Lee Warner and Ellen Rosetta Bullock, in 1871 in Walsingham, Norfolk, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Julie H Parry Okeden, Hugh Gough, Edward H Greathed, Henry James Lee Warner, ? Temple Fitzmaurice and Ellen Rosa Lee Warner. Uvedale was in the 10th Royal Hussars.6 His wife Rose died on 1877 in Walsingham, Norfolk, England.7 He married Carolina Susan Hambro in 1879 in Turnworth, Blandford, Dorset, England.8 Uvedale was listed as the head of the family on the census of 3 April 1881 in 11 Princes Park Road, Toxteth Park, Lancashire, England, Ulvedale was a Captain in the 18th Hussars T P Company, Dorset living with his wife and children. The household aso consisted of two Privates in the same regiment, a nurse, an undernurse, a ladys maid, cook, two housemaids and a coahman.9 He witnessed the marriage of Charles Louis Constantine De Robeck and Elinor Maude Parry Okeden on 14 December 1882 in St Mary, Turnworth, Blandford, Dorset, England.10,11 Uvedale was listed as head of household in the census of 31 March 1901 in Turnworth House, Turnworth, Blandford, Dorset, England, Uvedale was a retired Colonel in the Army living with his wife and five of their children. One visitor and ten servants made up the household.12 Uvedale was listed as head of household in the census of 2 April 1911 in Turnworth House, Turnworth, Blandford, Dorset, England, living with his wife and eleven servants.13 Uvedale died on 7 March 1928 in Blandford, Dorset, England.14,15,16 The will of Uvedale was proved on 5 July 1928 in London to William Henry Parry Okeden and Rev Charles Eric Greathed Parry Okeden. His estate was valued at £7,185 7/9d and a further grant on 5 July 1928 to Henry Charles Thomas Hambro and Bertram Okeden Bircham a barrister at law. The effects were then valued at £12,000.16
