She died on 17 November 1846 in Ox Close, Coxhoe, Durham, England, from scarlatina. Her mother registered Jane's death with her mark and described her father John as an agricultural labourer.2

     Louis Albert Greathead was born on 5 June 1923.1,2 He was the son of Alfred Louis Greathead and Rose Emma Hurd. He married Thelma K Powell. His wife Thelma died on before 2006.1 He died on 27 September 2006 in Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada, aged 83.1,2 A celebration of Louis' life was held in Saturday 30 Sptember 2006 at 2pm at the Cameron Funeral Home, Chelsley memorial and donations were requested to be sent to the Salvation Army.1
