     William Skinner was born about 1831 in Clatt, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1 He married Margaret S Ross.1 William was listed as the head of the family on the census of 5 April 1891 in Tarland Migvie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, William of the Minister of Tarland living with his wife and two daughters, three servants and three visitors.2

     Margaret S Ross was born about 1838 in Townstoul, Bannf, Scotland.1 She married William Skinner.1 In the census of 5 April 1891 in Tarland Migvie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, she was listed as the wife of William Skinner.2 Margaret died before 1892 in Scotland.1

Campbell Taylor Richardson1

     Campbell Taylor Richardson married Ellen Atkinson on 24 September 1842 in Christ Church, Marylebone, London, England, after a licence had been issued. The ceremony was witnessed by Robert Atkinson and Anna Lee. Campbell was a Lieutenant in the Bengal Army and his father Robert was listed as a gentleman as was Ellen's father named also named Robert.2,3,4 Campbell died before 1871.1

Ellen Atkinson1

     Ellen Atkinson was born about 1823 in Kilburn, London, England.1 She was baptised on 26 November 1823 in St James, Paddington, London, England, her parents were Robert and Louisa Atkinson. Robert was a solictor.2 She married Campbell Taylor Richardson on 24 September 1842 in Christ Church, Marylebone, London, England, after a licence had been issued. The ceremony was witnessed by Robert Atkinson and Anna Lee. Campbell was a Lieutenant in the Bengal Army and his father Robert was listed as a gentleman as was Ellen's father named also named Robert.1,3,4 Her husband Campbell died on before 1871.5 Ellen was listed as head of household in the census of 2 April 1871 in Woodbridge Crescent, Guildford, Surrey, England, Ellen was an Officers widow living with her daughter and a servant.6 Ellen was listed as the head of the family on the census of 3 April 1881 in Dapdune Crescent, Guildford, Surrey, England, Ellen was living with her daughter, a cook and a housemaid.7 Ellen was listed as the head of the family on the census of 5 April 1891 in Denmark Villas, Hove, Sussex, England, Ellen was living with her daughter and two servant a general servant and a housemaid.8 Ellen was listed as head of household in the census of 31 March 1901 in 70 Hove Villas, Hove, Sussex, England, Ellen was living with her daughter and two servants.9 Ellen died in 1905 in Steyning, Sussex, England.10
