The New South Wales Electoral Rolls Division of Calare, Supplemental Roll of Canowindra in 1917 states Robert lived in Billimari and was a labourer, and in 1921 and 1922 a farmer. This change in status from labourer to farmer is thought to be due to receiving land from his Uncle Henry Gransden when he died in May 1921. It is believed by family members that this land was gambled away.² Her husband Robert died on 25 November 1956 in Orange, New South Wales, Australia, aged 61.² She died on 17 July 1991 in Canowindra, New South Wales, Australia, aged 91.²
