Their address in the UK had been 107 Ralph Street, Shirley, Warwickshire.3,4 Charles died on 10 July 2000 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, aged 81.1

Almira Evangelina Armstrong was born on 10 June 1874 in Ontario, Canada.2 She married Arthur Gordon Bullock, son of Charles Bullock and Marianna Jane Loughborough, on 25 May 1908 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in a Methodist service. Arthur was described as a civil engineer. The ceremony was witnessed by Winnie M Scott and Linda M Scott.1,3 In the census of 1 June 1911 in 94 Montrose Avenue, York, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, she was listed as the wife of Arthur Gordon Bullock.4 Almira was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 1 June 1921 in 111 Connolly Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Almira's mother Elizabeth Armstrong aged 71 was wiith the family. I wonder whether Arthur returned to Canada after WW1.5 Almira was listed on the voters list as a widow and living with her two children Leonard, a confectioner and Irene a stenographer in 111 Connolly Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.6 Almira died on 27 December 1941 in York, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, aged 67 from coronary thrombosis. Her daughter Irene gave the information of her death.2,7 Almira was buried on 30 December 1941 in Prospect, Ontario, Canada.7

Catherine's Aunt Alice Brothers aged 70 was also staying with the family.5 Hale was listed as head of household in the census of 2 April 1911 in 47 Rathbone Place W, Marylebone, London, England, Hale was a Company secretary living with his wife and children.6 He witnessed the marriage of Katherine Frances Wortham and Herbert Stanley Billingsley Bullock on 3 July 1915 in St Ethelburga, Bishopsgate, London, England.7,8 His wife Catherine died on 1934 in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.9 Hale died on 1 December 1935 in Rossetti, East Challow, Oxfordshire, England.10,11 The will of Hale was administered on 25 May 1936 in London to his daughter Ada and a solicitor Tom Philip Woodbridge. Hale's effects were valued at £358 1s10d.11
