She married George Edwards, son of James Edwards and Ann Cobourn, on 14 June 1864 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnssed by James Hackman and Sarah Jane Young. George was a gamekeeper like his father James Edwards. Louisa's father John Henry Cole was a wheelwright.2 She was the wife of George Edwards in the census of 3 April 1881 Strudwicks Passage, Chertsey Street, Guildford, Surrey, England.3

     Herbert Lyddon married Eliza Edwards, daughter of James Edwards and Ann Cobourn, on 24 August 1864 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Herbert Lyddon and Lavinia Godwin. Herbert was a leather dresser like his father also called Herbert Lyddon. Eliza's father was James Edwards a gamekeeper.1

     James Broomfield was born circa 1792 in Bramley, Surrey, England. He was the son of James Broomfield. He married Ann Cobourn on 15 May 1847 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, she married as Mary Ann Edwards after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by James Hook and Sarah Hook. James was a widower and worked as a labourer like his father also James Broomfield. Mary Ann's father William Cobourn was also a labourer.1,2 He was listed as head of household in the 1851 census in Shamley Green, Surrey, England. James was an agricultural labourer living with his wife, step children and children.3 His wife Ann died in 1861 in Shamley Green, Surrey, England.4

     Emma Parke Dale was born circa 1838.2 She married Percival Rees, son of Thomas Rees and Ellen Catherine Ebungton, on 9 August 1871 in St Paul, St Pancras, London, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Sarah Emily Rees, Millicent ? and G T Tolley. Percival was a warehouseman living in 5 Manor Road on the Lewisham Road. His father Thomas Rees was a Congregational Minister.      Beatrice Tilley was born on 29 March 1888 in Wandsworth, London, England.1 She married Percy Montague Rees, son of Percival Rees and Florence Emma Rice, in 1918 in Richmond upon Thames, Surrey, England.2 Percy and Beatrice moved into the Dower House in 1929.3 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Beatrice was listed as living at The Dower House, Wonersh, Surrey, England with her husband Percy. Percy and Beatrice had eight other people living with them. Percy was an Accountant and is listed as an ARP Warden.4 The Rees family continued to live in the Dower House until about 1951 when they moved to Four Gables and renamed it Medd House in honour of the two Medd sons who had died in WW2.3 Percy and Beatrice were still in Medd House until at least 1962.3 Percy and Beatrice moved to 1 Wonersh Court around 1966.3 Her husband Percy died on 12 June 1970 in Surrey, England.5,6 She died on 6 November 1973 in Surrey, England, at age 85.7
