Arthur Adamson married Margaret Alice Moore.1 He was born about 1884.2 Arthur and Margaret emigrated with their young adopted daughter Edna leaving Liverpool on 2 Febuary 1923 aboard the White Star owned SS Baltic. Arthur was described as a plumber and living at 6 Campion Street, West Hartlepool They arrived in New York about Edna's third birthday and settling in Cleveland, Ohio. Meg as she was affectionately known, returned with Edna in 1934 for a visit to Hartlepool and decided not to return to US, so Arthur had to sell up and come home.1,2
