     Eliza Wilson was born on 8 March 1820 in Thirsk, Yorkshire, England.1 She was the daughter of Robert Thomas Wilson and Elizabeth Dales.1 She married William Henry Lamb, son of Charles Lamb and Margaret Elliot, on 21 December 1839 in All Saints Church, Ingelby Arncliffe, Yorkshire, England, Their marriage was witnessed by William Spark and Mary Glover.1,2 William and his family were converted by Mormon missionaries into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and emigrated to Utah in 1854. William, Eliza and their six children travelled on the ship "Golconda" which left Liverpool on 30 January 1854 and arrived in New Orleans on Saturday 18 March 1854 and then by ox-train and eventually settled in Wales in Utah. Little Marintha had died in 1853.1 She died on 11 May 1899 in Wales, Utah, USA, aged 79.1

William, Eliza and their six children travelled on the ship "Golconda" which left Liverpool on 30 January 1854 and arrived in New Orleans on Saturday 18 March 1854 and then by ox-train and eventually settled in Wales in Utah. Little Marintha had died in 1853.1 He married Elizabeth Price, daughter of John Price and Rachel Jones, on 8 February 1868 in Hutton Henry, Easington, Durham, England.1 He died on 17 May 1910 in Wales, Sanpete, Utah, USA, aged 66.1 He was buried in May 1910 in Wales, Sanpete, Utah, USA.1
