     Elizabeth Ann Greathead was born on 5 July 1894 in 146 Pennington Street, St George in the East, London, England.^1,2,3 She was the daughter of Henry Greathead and Margaret Skipp. In the census of 31 March 1901 in 146 Pennington Street, St George in the East, London, England, she was listed as the daughter of Henry Greathead.⁴ She married John Henry Tocock, son of Charles Harry Tocock and Eliza Stembridge, on 17 May 1921 in Christ Church, High Harrogate, Yorkshire, England, the ceremony was witnessed by John's brother Robert William Tocock and his father Charles Harry Tocock. John gave his address as 110 Regent Avenue, Harrogate.^1,5 The family lived in Guernsey until it was taken over by the Germans during WW2. They lost everything and fled to London to visit Elizabeth's sister Maggie. They then set up home in Dorking.⁶ She died in April 1984 in Surrey, England, aged 89.⁷

     John Henry Tocock was born in 1890 in Hunslet, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was the son of Charles Harry Tocock and Eliza Stembridge. He married Elizabeth Ann Greathead, daughter of Henry Greathead and Margaret Skipp, on 17 May 1921 in Christ Church, High Harrogate, Yorkshire, England, the ceremony was witnessed by John's brother Robert William Tocock and his father Charles Harry Tocock. They then set up home in Dorking.³ He married Agnes Grant. He died on 12 December 1973 aged 49.²

     Agnes Grant was born about 1930 in England.¹ She married John Henry Tocock, son of John Henry Tocock and Elizabeth Ann Greathead. She died in June 2007.²

     David Tocock was born in 1929 in Eastleigh, Hampshire, England.¹ He was the son of John Henry Tocock and Elizabeth Ann Greathead. They then set up home in Dorking.² David emigrated to New Zealand.^3,2 He died about 1997 David never married or had any children.²

     Charles Harry Tocock was born in 1869 in Wrexham, Denbighshire, Wales.¹ He was the son of Henry Tocock and Jane Alcock. He married Eliza Stembridge They had three children all born in Kanresborough John Henry born 1890, Nellie born 1891 and Robert William born 1896.

     Eliza Stembridge was born in 1861 in Dacre Banks, Yorkshire, England.¹ She married Charles Harry Tocock, son of Henry Tocock and Jane Alcock, They had three children all born in Kanresborough John Henry born 1890, Nellie born 1891 and Robert William born 1896.

     Henry Tocock was born in 1836 in Annesley, Nottinghamshire, England.¹ He was the son of Cornelius Tocock and Martha Charlton. He married Jane Alcock.

     Jane Alcock was born in 1844 in Cheadle, Cheshire, England.¹ She married Henry Tocock, son of Cornelius Tocock and Martha Charlton.
