The ceremony was witnessed by Joseph Churchman and Julia Low. Alfred was a lighterman like his father listed as Jesse Lowe, maybe a nickname who was also a lighterman. Actually his father Isaac Low was deceased so maybe he could not remember. Letitia's father oseph Churchman was a labourer. The couple gave their address as 26 Manchester Road.1 In the census of 31 March 1901 in 6 Grey Street, Bromley, London, England, she was listed as the wife of Alfred Henry Low.2
