     Harold Oakley Barker was born on 7 October 1889 in East Orange, New Jersey, USA.1 He was the son of Oakley Smith Barker. He married Helen Seeley Moffett on 11 October 1913 in Manhatten, New York, USA, by license.1,2 His wife Helen died on 11 August 1972 in Manhatten, New York, USA, aged 84.1 Harold died on 6 March 1973 in Manhatten, New York, USA, aged 83 he was survived by his three children, three grandchildren and one great grandson.1 Harold was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, New York, USA, in Chestnut Hill plot, Section 124 in the Moffett Grave.1
