     Lancelot William Roe Haskins was born on 14 January 1897.1 He married Mary Theresa Verrill, daughter of Francis Henry Verrill and Mary Elizabeth Foggitt, on 18 July 1928 in Stockton on Tees, Durham, England.2 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Lancelot was listed as living at Higher Wade West Hill, Wadebridge, Cornwall, England, with his wife Mary. Lancelot was a medical practitioner living with his wife and children.3 Lancelot died in 1969 in Bodmin, Cornwall, England.4

     Joseph Nicholson was baptised on 15 August 1762 in Catterick, Yorkshire, England, it is believed he is the illigitimate son of Mary.2 He married Anne Greathead, daughter of John Greathead and Ann Turner, on 28 March 1780 in Coniscliffe, Durham, England, Joseph and Anne were both of this Parish. The ceremony was witnessed by Wm Pomfret and John Myers who was possibly the Parish clerks.1,3
