     Robert Capon Bear was born in 1861 in Ipswich, Suffolk, England.2,3 He married Margaret Banthorpe, daughter of Thomas Banthorpe and Caroline Fairweather, in 1880 in Ipswich, Suffolk, England.4,5 Robert was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 5 April 1891 in Rowlands Yard, Upper Doverscourt, Harwich, Essex, England, Robert was a lawyer.6 Robert was listed as head of household in the census of 3 March 1901 in Chase Road, Harwich, Essex, England, Robert was a lawyer.7 Robert was listed as head of household in the census of 2 April 1911 in Rowlands Place, Dovercourt, Essex, England, Robert was a sawyer in the shipyard living with his wife and daughter Caroline in their four roomed home.8 He died in 1932 in Tendring, Essex, England.9,10
