     William Alexander Forrester was born on 14 December 1947 in Lower Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand.¹ He was the son of Alexander Brown Forrester and Nancy Maud Haigh.¹ He married Kirsty Isobel Hume on 7 November 1969 in Register Office, Masterton, New Zealand.¹ William died on 6 February 1976 in Greytown, Wanganui, New Zealand, aged 28.¹

     Roy Gilbert Haigh was born on 16 July 1919 in Greytown, Wanganui, New Zealand.¹ He was the son of Edward John Haigh and Kathleen Maud Poad.¹ Roy started work in 1935 for the Post Office retiring in 1976 having reached the position of Chief Postmaster in Masterton.
