Gavin Pollak was born on 7 March 1952 in Tonbridge, Kent, England.1,2 He was the son of Paul Pollak and Roberta Greathead Montgomery Gibb.1 He married Susan Eades in Aylesford Church, Aylesford, Kent, England, Susan and Gavin had two sons.1 He died on 3 July 1987 in Maidstone, Kent, England, aged 35 from leukaemia just four months after his mother.1,3
