     Charles Robert Ivory was born in 1870 in Faversham, Kent, England.1,2 He was the son of Charles Ivory and Olive Matilda Rossiter.1 In the census of 5 April 1891 in Ham Farm, Faversham, Kent, England, he was listed as the son of Charles Ivory Charles was a moulders setter in the brickfield.3 He married Katherine Clements in 1894 in Faversham, Kent, England.4 Charles was listed as head of household in the census of 31 March 1901 in Station Road, Teynham, Kent, England, Charles was a brickworks foreman living with his wife and young son.5 Charles was listed as head of household in the census of 2 April 1911 in Conyer, Teynham, Kent, England, Charles was a Manager at the brickworks living with his wife and five remaining children. The last being one day old and unnamed. Charles and Katherine had lost two children before 1911 and lived in their 10 roomed home.6 His wife Katherine died on 1943 in Chatham, Kent, England.7 Charles died on 24 March 1952 in Yrovi Lower Road, Rainham, Kent, England.8,9 The will of Charles was proved on 25 June 1952 in London by Bob Ivory brick Company Secretary and Olive Matilda Ivory a spinster. His estate was valued at £1,822 5s4d.8

     Christopher Whitelock was the son of George Whitelock and Jane Leemin.1 Christopher is mentioned in his father's will of 4 February 1778.1 Christopher died in March 1778 in Yorkshire, England, from an inflamed throat. This is believed to be scaletina or scarlet fever of which there were epidemics in 1778 and 1788.1 Christopher was buried on 25 March 1778.1

The ceremony was witnessed by Alfred Joseph Gate and Ambrose Leopold Ede. Walter was a Clerk in Holy Orders and gave his address as North Gate Mansions, North Gate, Gloucester.
