Arthur was a labourer and his father Arthur FredeickRooke was a coal yard foreman. There was no father's name fro Phyllis jst that she came from Stoke.2 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Arthur George Jonathan Rooke was listed as living at 7 Lawnsmead, Wonersh, Surrey, England with his father Arthur was a builders labourer and was a Special Constable.3

     Percival John Luxford was born on 22 November 1909 in School Road, Cranleigh, Surrey, England, He was the twin of Edith Rose.1,2,3 He was the son of Allen William Luxford and Rose Charge. Heappeared in the 1911 census in Elmbridge Road, Cranleigh, Surrey, England. Percy was listed as a nurse child with his sister Edith Luxford and Lilian Stemp. They were all staying with widow Teresa Mary Tratt, just two doors away from ther father.4 He married Dorothy Mary Longhurst, daughter of Peter Longhurst and Minnie Hoad, in 1938 in Surrey, England.1,5 Percy rode a tricycle around Wonersh in a white coat and hat selling Walls ice creams.3 Percy left his family in 1955 returning three years later but only stayed for 3 weeks before he left agaiin.3 His wife Dorothy died on 19 July 1973 in 1 Lawnsmead, Wonersh, Surrey, England.6 He died on 1 November 1993 in Surrey, England, at age 83.7,3

     Dorothy Mary Longhurst was born on 19 September 1914 in Westcott, Surrey, England.1,2 She was the daughter of Peter Longhurst and Minnie Hoad.3 She married Percival John Luxford, son of Allen William Luxford and Rose Charge, in 1938 in Surrey, England.1,4 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Ernest was listed as living at 1 Lawnsmead, Wonersh, Surrey, England Dorothy was living with Ernest and Winifred Worsfold.5 She died on 19 July 1973 in 1 Lawnsmead, Wonersh, Surrey, England, at age 58.6 The funeral of Dorothy Mary Longhurst took place on 27 July 1973 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England.7 Both Rosemary and her mother Dorothy's ashes are buried together in St John the Baptist churchyard under one stone.8
