     Michael Wyndham Gordon Fawcett was born circa 1927.¹ He was the son of Roland Wyndham Hobart Fawcett and Eleanor Marjorie Barber. He married Josephine Ann Farrer, daughter of James Stuart Farrer and Florence Marie Webber, on 30 May 1953 in Christ Church, Shamley Green, Surrey, England, after the banns were read. Arthur and Edith were living together on private means.⁴ Her husband Arthur died in 1911 in Croydon, Surrey, England.⁵ She died in 1928 in Epsom, Surrey, England.⁶

     Edward Augustus Layton was born circa 1831 in Ely, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He married Clara Wood in 1858 in Brentwood, Essex, England.² He died in 1889 in Westminster, London, England.^3,1

     Wilhelm Joseph Reichenstein was born on 5 November 1914 in Pratteln, Switzerland, his parents were Rudolph and Anna Reichenstein and their nationality was German.¹ On 29 January 1965 Wilhelm applied for naturalisation stating he was a chef at the Grantley Arms. He also stated he was married to Elizabeth Alexandra Gray.¹ He died in June 1996 in Surrey, England, at age 81.²

Harry was a Railway loader living with his wife and two young boys who were brothers as boarders, Thomas and James Sole.¹ She was the wife of Harry Hart in the 1911 census in Down Road, Merrow, Surrey, England. Harry was a Horseman carrier living with his wife of 20 years. They had John Lambley a widower working as an Insurance Agent working for SAA and listed as step son, his son John H J Lambley and a boarder Thomas Sole.²
