     Charles Henry White was born on 20 May 1857 in Limehouse, Stepney, London, England.2,3 He was the son of William White and Susannah Williams. He married Alice Milchard, daughter of Joseph Milchard. Charles was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 5 April 1891 in 37 Endive Street, Limehouse, London, England, Charles was a barge lighterman.4 He died before 31 March 1901.2

     Alice Milchard was born in 1856 in Aldgate, London, England.2,3 She was the daughter of Joseph Milchard. She married Charles Henry White, son of William White and Susannah Williams. In the census of 5 April 1891 in 37 Endive Street, Limehouse, London, England, she was listed as the wife of Charles Henry White.4 She died before 31 March 1901.2
