     Bryan Kenneth Greathead was born on 8 August 1967 in Mount Barker, Western Australia, Australia.^1,2 He was the son of James Edward Greathead and Pamela Joan Waldeck. He died on 13 November 1969 in Tenterden, Western Australia, Australia, aged 2.^1,2

     Kenneth Downing was born on 22 May.^1,2 He married Merle Malebysse Smith, daughter of Richard Malebysse Smith and Magdelena Gerber.
