     Ada Matilda Lockey was born on 19 June 1881 in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England.1 She married Cuthbert Relph, son of Joseph Relph and Sarah Jane Hodgson, in 1901 in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England.2 In the census of 2 April 1911 in 89 Boundary Road, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England, she was listed as the wife of Cuthbert Relph.3 Her husband Cuthbert died on 19 September 1927 in 79 Borough Road, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England, he also owned 89 Boundary Road.4,5 The will of Cuthbert was proved by Ada Matilda Relph his widow on 18 November 1927.5 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Ada was listed as living at 77 Borough Road, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England, Ada was a funeral director.6 Ada died on 25 September 1960 in St Lukes Hospital, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England, aged 79 her usual address was 25 Cornfield Road, Middlesbrough.7,5 Administration papers were issued with a will on 3 March 1961 in London to Cuthbert Ralph, Funeral Director.
