From 1981 Stewart and Diane lived until Stewart's death in Conifers, Grantley Avenue, Wonersh Park, Wonersh, Surrey, England.2,3 He died on 21 August 2011 in Conifers, Grantley Avenue, Wonersh Park, Wonersh, Surrey, England, at age 76.4 His body was cremated on 14 September 2011 in Guildford Crematorium, Godalming, Surrey, England, and his ashes were buried in Wonersh and Blackheath Cemetery. A bench has been erected in the Cemetery to his memory.4
