Jesse was a stonemason and his wife Ann a laundress. They were living next door to Margaret Hodgson his cousin.4 Her husband Jesse died on 6 August 1924 in 41 Chasefield Road, Tooting, Surrey, England.5 She received the probate of the estate of Jesse Mills on 25 October 1924.5

     Sarah Tanworth was born circa 1742. She was the daughter of John Tanworth. She married Henry Tickner, son of Henry Tickner and Mary Carpenter, on 17 January 1771 in St Peters, Chilworth, Surrey, England, the marriage took place here as St John the Baptist in Wonersh was in a ruinous state. Henry was a carpenter.1 She died in 1802 in Wonersh, Surrey, England. She was buried on 15 August 1802 in St John the Baptist Churchyard, Wonersh, Surrey, England, in plot 114 she is listed as being aged 61.1

He married Elizabeth Tickner, daughter of Henry Tickner and Sarah Tanworth, on 18 June 1795 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, after a licence had been issued. Strangely the census sheets suggests she is living on her own means with one visitor Ernest Jupp and a servant Eliza Edwards.4

     William Goodyer was born circa 1739. He married Jane Woolgar on 10 November 1763 in St Mary, West Horsley, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read on 23 and 30 October and 6 November. Henry Bennet witnessed bthe ceremony.1 William signed his will on 7 March 1800 he was a schoolmaster.2 He died in 1800 in Wonersh, Surrey, England.3 He was buried on 28 August 1800 in St John the Baptist Churchyard, Wonersh, Surrey, England, in plot 131 he is listed as being aged 61.3 His estate was probated on 19 September 1800 in London before Samuel Pearson Doctor of Laws by oaths of his two surviving children James Goodyer and Ann Other née Goodyer.2
