     Philip Brown married Edith Rose Fox on 4 November 1890 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Charles Steer, Elizabeth Steer and Gertrude G Steer. Philip was a builder from Bramley, his father Harvey Brown was also a builder. Edith's father James Richard Fox was a publishing traveller.1,2 He died before 1939.

     Edith Rose Fox was born on 2 October 1866. She married Philip Brown on 4 November 1890 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read.      Ronald James Crathern was born on 25 June 1926 in Edmonton, Essex, England.1 He was the son of William Henry Crathern and Hilda Florence Nuttall. On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Ronald James Crathern was listed as living at 35 Paynters Close, Guildford, Surrey, England, with his parents.2 Ronald signed up with the Queens Royal West Surrey Regiment on 3 August 1944 and was transferred to Royal Norfolk on 7 March 1945 along with other members of his regiment.3 He married Patricia Frances Lane in 1950 in Battle, Sussex, England.4 He died in 1988 in Surrey, England.5

She was the daughter of George Woods and Ann Mills in the 1881 census in 4 Hill Place, Guildford, Surrey, England.2 She was the daughter of Ann Woods in the 1891 census 28 Hill Place, Guildford, Surrey, England.3 She married John Brock Crathern on 25 November 1894 in St Marys, Hornsey Rise, Islington, London, England, after a licence had been issued after parent permission had been agreed by Mary's mother and John's father. William was a switch board attendant at the Public Electricity Supply Company, his brother Edward who had the same occupation lived next door with his family at no 33.4 William and Hilda lived at 73 Stocton Road in Guildford with their son Brian in 1958.5 He died in 1982 in Surrey, England.6

     Elizabeth Tickner was born circa 1740. She married John Tanworth, son of John Tanworth, on 21 August 1788 after a marriage bond was issued on 21 August 1788. Her husband John died in 1798 in Wonersh, Surrey, England.1 She died in 1803 in Wonersh, Surrey, England.2 She was buried on 5 August 1803 in St John the Baptist Churchyard, Wonersh, Surrey, England, in plot 128, she was listed as being aged 63.2
