     Gilbert Norman Lewis was born on 25 July 1905 in West Ham, London, England.1 He married Kathleen Mary Farlow in 1933 in Croydon, Surrey, England.2 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Gilbert was listed as living at Brackenfell, Woodland Way, Coulsdon, Surrey, England, Gilbert was a chartered architect seemingly living with his wife's parents and brother with one domestic servant. The record that may be for his wife is blocked at the moment.3 Gilbert served in the merchant navy during WW2.4 He died on 10 February 1985 in 2 Yew Tree Place, Liss, Hampshire, England, at age 79.5,6 His death appeared in The Times of 12 February 1985.7 His estate was probated on 14 May 1985 in London. His effects were valued at £297,554.6

     James Richard Norris was born in 1868 in Cobham, Surrey, England.1 He was the son of Richard James Norris and Harriet Ings. He was a son of Richard James Norris and Harriet Norris in the 1871 census in Sawmills, Sawmill Road, Cobham, Surrey, England.2 He was the son of Richard James Norris and Harriet Norris in the 1881 census in Worplsdon, Surrey, England. Richard Jnr was an agricultural labourer.3 He married Emily Harriett Marshall on 28 March 1891 in St John the Evangelist, Guildford, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by James Sole and Emily Walls. James was a labourer like his father Ricjhard James Norris. Emily's father George Marshall was a labourer.4,5 He was listed as head of household in the 1901 census in New Road, Chilworth, Surrey, England. James was a labourer in the gunpowder factory living with his wife and children. They had one boarder.6 His wife Emily died in 1908 in England. He married Edith Blanche Melmoth in 1910 in Windsor, Berkshire, England.7 He was the brother of Charles Robert Norris and Mary Annie Norris in the 1911 census in 19 Recreation Road, Guildford, Surrey, England. James was a foreman at the gunpowder factory.8 He witnessed the death of Edith who died in 1936 in Surrey, England.9 He died on 2 January 1948 in The Anchor Inn, Ockford Road, Godalming, Surrey, England.10,11 His estate was probated on 31 March 1948 in London to Lloyds Bank Limited.      John Whitton Mill was born on 26 October 1864 in Berkshire, England. He married Caroline Charlotte Etherington, daughter of James Etherington and Anne Charlotte Parsons, on 27 October 1897 in St Peter and St Paul, Albury, Surrey, England, after the bann s had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by James Etherington, Florence Etherington and James Mill. John a widower was a dairyman, his father John Mill was a farmer. Caroline's father James Etherington was a builder.1 John, and farmerand Caroline together with John's children from a previous marriage Christina Maud aged 6 and Louise Irene aged 5 sailed on 26 November 1897 from London on board Oraya bound for Albany in Australia. Albert Mill aged 20 also a farmer went on the ship also.2,3 He died on 27 January 1937 in Manjimup, Western Australia, Australia, at age 72.4 He was buried in Karrakatta Cemetroy, Karrakatta, Western Australia, Australia.4
