The ceremony was witnessed by George Monger and Lydia Osborne. Peter was a carpenter living in Hersham. His father also Peter Osborne was also a carpenter. Sarah's father Michael Elliott was a naval pensioner and she gave her address as St Marys Bottom, Kensington.4 She was the wife of Peter Osborne in the 1891 census in Cobham Road, Hersham, Surrey, England. Peter was a house and estate carpenter living with his wife.5 She was the wife of Peter Osborne in the 1901 census in Burwood House Lodge, Cobham, Surrey, England. Peter was an estate carpenter living with his wife and working on Pains Hill estate.6 She was the wife of Peter Osborne in the 1911 census in Burwood House Lodge, Cobham, Surrey, England. Peter was a house and estate carpenter living with his wife.
