On 29 September 1939 in the National Register John was listed as living at 29 Nottingham Place, St Marylebone, London, England John was an assistant company secretary and lodging in a large household.2 He died on 24 July 1942 in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England, at age 29 John was Captain 2nd/7th Battalion The Queen’s (Royal West Surrey Regiment) and was killed whilst the battalion were traiining for their posting in Iraq.3,4 He was buried on 29 July 1942 in Christ Church, Shamley Green, Surrey, England, his home address was given as Well Cottage, Shamley Green. There is a plaque remembering him inside Christ Church, his name does not appear on the Shamley Green War Memorial.3

Richard was a company secretary and director for a shipping dock and inland water transport.4 Richard received a visa on 14 April 1960 to journey to New York on 2 June 1960.      James Francis Ivey was born on 15 January 1885 in Brighton, Sussex, England.1 He was the son of James Richard Ivey and Harriett Mary Latimer. He was the son of James Richard Ivey and Harriett Mary Ivey in the 1891 census in 27 Dyke Road Drive, Hove, Sussex, England.2 He was the son of James Richard Ivey and Harriett Mary Ivey in the 1901 census in 8 Ranelagh Villas, Hove, Sussex, England. James was an autioneer's clerk.3 He married Blanche Lily Jones on 25 November 1910 in St James, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England. He was listed as head of household in the 1911 census in Christ Church Avenue, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England. James was a provision agent living with his wife and sister Elizabeth.4 James enlisted into the Army Service Corps (Motor Transport) on 21 March 1917 at Grove Park, Chichester. He gave his address as 18 Ranelagh Villas, Hove. he was 33 years 2 months old and a motor driver. he was demobalised on 11 February 1919.5 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register James was listed as living at 12 Disraeli Gardens, Wandsworth, London, England with his wife Blanche. James was a Company Director and salesman in margerine, edible oils and fats living with his wife.6 His wife Blanche died in 1945 in Wandsworth, London, England.7 He married Aymer Jessie Sarah Young in 1946 in Hove, Sussex, England.8 He died in June 1973 in Brighton, Sussex, England, at age 88.9
