     Enrique Jaime Duran was born on 29 June 1892 in Cuba.1 He married Norah Mary Goodwin, daughter of Thomas Edmund Goodwin and Mary Tobin, in 1927 in Staines, Middlesex, England, she married under the name of Mary N Goodwin.2 Enrique, Norah and their two sons sailed on Orama leaving London on 9 November 1935 bound for Brisbane to join Norah's sister and family.
