     William Whatmore was born in 1848 in Hungerford, Berkshire, England.1 He married Mary Elizabeth Sandell on 25 May 1874 in St Thomas, Lambeth, London, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Joshua Jordison Daniel and Sarah Daniel. William was an organist his father Charles Whatmore was a plate layer. Elizabeth 's father John Sandall was deceased.2 He was listed as head of household in the 1881 census in 28 Methley Street, Lambeth, London, England. William was a Church Organist living with his wife. He had been blind since 3 months old.3 He died in 1907 in Shamley Green, Surrey, England.4 He was buried on 8 January 1907 in Christ Church, Shamley Green, Surrey, England.5

     Mary Elizabeth Sandell was born circa 1844 in Thurlby, Lincolnshire, England. She was baptised on 3 November 1844 in Thurlby, Lincolnshire, England, her parents were John and Elizabeth Sandall.1 She married William Whatmore on 25 May 1874 in St Thomas, Lambeth, London, England, after the banns had been read. Frederick and Rose were lodging with Mary Whatmore. The ceremony was witnessed by Arthur Frederick Rooke and Charles William Philps. Frederick was a bakers roundsman from Shamley Green. His father Frederick Philps was deceased and had been a cowman.      John Maybank married Elizabeth Antrum on 20 February 1776 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, the actual ceremony took place in St Marthas as St John the Baptist was in a ruinous state. The marriage is recorded in St John's registers after a licence was issued on 17 Febrary 1776. The ceremony was witnessed by S Antrum, E Chennel, Richard Sparkes, Roger Chilton and Richard Hallaway.2 John signed his will on initially on 8 September 1803 later addiing a page on 21 March 1807 He mentions his grandson John Chennell, son John, daughter in law Anne and wife Elizabeth.1 He died in 1806 in Wonersh, Surrey, England.3 He was buried on 16 December 1806 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, in plot 168.3 His estate was probated on 8 April 1807 before the right honorable Sir William Wynn Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper.1
