The ceremony was witnessed by Levi Evans and Lucy A Evans. William was a drayman his father John ironside was deceased. Annie's father Thomas Johnston was also deceased. Both William and Annie gave their address as 6 Nicholas Street.1

Isaac was a farmer.1 She married Charles Ironside, son of Ralph Ironside and Sarah Tickner, on 4 August 1860 in St Mary, Guildford, Surrey, England.2,3 She was the wife of Charles Ironside in the 1861 census in 6 Seymour Street, Marylebone, London, England. Charles was a dairyman living with his wife.4 She was the wife of Charles Ironside in the 1871 census in 33 Frances Street, Lambeth, London, England. Charles was a cab driver living with his wife and son. His brother George also a cab driver was lodging with them.5 She was the wife of Charles Ironside in the census of 3 April 1881 5 Regent Street, Lambeth, London, England.6 She was the wife of Charles Ironside in the 1891 census in 2 York Place, Lambeth, London, England. Charles was a cab driver living with his wife and son.7 Her husband Charles died in 1893 in Lambeth, London, England.8 Louisa was admitted on Thursday 21 January 1909 into Constance Road Workhouse in Camberwell. She was described as the widow of Charles a driver.9 She appeared in the 1911 census in Renfrew Road Workhouse, Lambeth, London, England. She gave her occupation as formerly a domestic nurse.10 She died in 1913 I can find no official death record for Louisa, only the entry in the discharge book of the workhouse. Louisa is sadly listed on the Summer Quarter of Renfrew Road Workshouse in Lambeth as discharged 'dead.9'

     Thomas Henry Ironside was born on 12 February 1893 in Walworth, London, England.1 He was the son of Charles Joseph Ironside and Martha Louise Haines. He was the son of Charles Joseph Ironside and Martha Louise Ironside in the 1901 census in 11 Orb Street, Newington, London, England.2 He appeared in the 1911 census in HMS Prince George, Lyme Regis, Dorset, England. He was an ordinary seaman.3 He married Florence Ellen Linton on 19 February 1918 in St Mark, Walworth, London, England, after a licence had been issued. The ceremony was witnessed by Henry J Reed and Sarah E Linton. Thomas was a sailor. His father Joseph had died. Florence's father Henry George Linton was a carman.4,5 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Thomas was listed as living at 53 Longleigh House, Camberwell, London, England, with his wife Florence. Thmas was a telephone fitter.6 He died in 1968 in Camberwell, London, England.7

She was the daughter of Charles Joseph Ironside and Martha Louise Ironside in the 1901 census in 11 Orb Street, Newington, London, England.2 She married Frederick Self on 21 July 1917 in St Stephen, Lambeth, London, England, after a licence had been issued. The ceremony was witnessed by M M L Self and Clifford W G Self. Frederick was a soldier his father John Jack Self was deceased. Florence's father Joseph Ironside was also deceased.3,4 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Florence was listed as living at 101a Little Ilford Lane, East Ham, Essex, England, with his wife Frederick. Frederick was a factory Maintenance carpenter.5 She died in 1978 in Southend on Sea, Essex, England.6 She was buried in Sutton Road Cemetery, Southend on Sea, Essex, England, Frederick and his wife Florence together with their son Frederick and his wife Joyce were buried under the same garveston.7

     George James Ironside was born on 28 June 1899 in St Saviour, London, England.1 He was the son of Charles Joseph Ironside and Martha Louise Haines. He was the son of Charles Joseph Ironside and Martha Louise Ironside in the 1901 census in 11 Orb Street, Newington, London, England.2 George served in the Royal Navy, his first ship was on 30 October 1915 on board Powerful as a boy II his last 17 June 1919 on board Victory 1. He later joined as a stoker and finally left the service on 1 January 1928.3 He married May Martha L Edwards in 1932 in Barnet, London, England.4 He died in 1978 in York, Yorkshire, England.5
