George was a boy in the gardens.4,5 He married Annetta Mary Ann Moss, daughter of Charles Moss and Annetta Tippett, in 1909 in Paddington, London, England.6 He died on 5 October 1917 in Edgebaston Hospital, Edgebaston, Warwickshire, England, at age 31 from Carcinoma of the liver. George was listed as Lance Corporal in 2nd Battalion Australian Infantry Force regimental number 2907, although his grave says Sergeant.7 He was buried in Molesey Cemetery, Molesey, Surrey, England, in plot C 90. George was also remembered on Shamley Green war memorial.8

Francis was a railway policeman, his father Henry Peachey was a gardener and was deceased Annetta was a domestic servant, her father George Henry Ruddock was also dead and had worked as a valet.4,5 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Annetta was listed as living at 28 Long Lane, Beeston, Nottinghamshire, England, with her husband Francis. Francis was a Constable on the LM&S Railway.6

Harry was a shop assistant.4 Harry enlisted on 13 November 1915 into the Royal Garrison Artillary ( RGA) 116 Seige Battery as a signalman NO 67816 and demobolised on 18 July 1919.5 Harry as living in Stroud Lane, Shamley Green when he enlisted on 30 November 1915 into the Royal Gun Artillery as a signaller with a regimental number 67816. He was 5 foot 7 inches tall with a chest measurement of 38 inches. James Robert Sole was born on 13 April 1893 in Albury, Surrey, England.1,2 He was the son of William Sole and Emma Lemon. He was baptised on 17 May 1893 in St Peter and St Paul, Albury, Surrey, England.1 With both their parents recently decd brothers Thomas and James were boarding with Harry and Annie Hart. Harry was a railway loader. Their older brother Harry was staying with his grandparents.3 James entered TS Exmouth on 14 November 1906 to receive his training. He was 5 foot 3 inches tall, weighed 106 lbs and had a chest measurement of 34 inches when he was discharged on 5 December 1907 from the Royal Navy Barracks in Shotley in Suffolk.4 He married Alice E Holmes, daughter of Arthur Holmes and Ellen Budd, in 1916 in Guildford, Surrey, England.5 He died on 6 August 1917 at age 24 as a direct result of enemy action at Dunkerque. He was leadng seaman 240147 in the Royal Navy. He received 2 Distinguished medals whiile serving on the ship Nodal Siege Quns on 2 February 1917 which was Gazetted in no 29886 in January 1917.6,7,8,9 He was buried in Croxyde Military Cemetery, Koksjde, Belgium, with the inscription " IN AFFECTIONATE MEMORY OF MY DEAR HUSBAND JIM UNTIL THE DAY BREAK"in plot 2 Row E Grave 2.7,10
James is also remembered on Shamley Green war memorial.11
