She was baptised on 1 May 1898 in Holy Trinity, Bramley, Surrey, England, her parents were Benjamin and Matilda Hill.2 She was the daughter of Benjamin Hill and Matilda Hill in the 1901 census in Gosden Common, Bramley, Surrey, England.3 She was the daughter of Benjamin Hill and Matilda Hill in the 1911 census in Eastwood Road, Bramley, Surrey, England.4 She married Charles Christopher Smith on 24 August 1918 in Holy Trinity, Bramley, Surrey, England, after a licence had been issued. The ceremony was witnessed by Harry Burnett Hill and Elizabeth Hill. Charles was a soldier on active service in R. B. A. His father also named Charles Christopher Smith was a labourer. Rosemary Anne Hill was born on 5 June 1949 in Bramley, Surrey, England.1 She was the daughter of Eric John Hill and Marjorie Burton. Anne emigrated to Australia and married Raymond Wild. They had a daughter Melanie Jane Hill who became Melanie Landon who also had a daughter Millie. Anne adopted a boy called Peter. Raymond and Anne later divorced and she married a gentleman called Mitchell. She died on 9 March 2023 in Australia at age 73.
