Mark pleaded guilty and was fined £10 and released upon the court hearing of his good behaviour.⁷ He died in 1904 in Wonersh, Surrey, England, Mark sadly committed suicide and the inquest held gave the verdict of temporary insanity.⁸ He was buried on 5 April 1904 in Chrict Church, Shamley Green, Surrey, England.⁸
