     Thomas Henry Elwin was born on 17 June 1898 in Albury, Surrey, England.1 He was the son of Thomas John Elwin and Clara Baker. He was the son of Thomas John Elwin and Clara Elwin in the 1901 census in Lapscombe Farm, Cranleigh, Surrey, England.2 He was the son of Thomas John Elwin and Clara Elwin in the 1911 census in Willinghurst, Shamley Green, Surrey, England.3 He married Marian Olive Jackson on 21 May 1934 in St John the Evangelist, Guildford, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read. he ceremony was witnessed by C Elwin and J S Jackson. Thomas was a baker and confectioner living in Birtley Road in Bramley, his father Thomas John Elwin was also listed as a baker and confectioner. This is a mistake I believe as he died in 1922. Marion was a shorthand typist living in Lynton, Stocton Road in Stoke. Her father John Seabrook jackson was a draper.4 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Thomas was listed as living at 36 Birtley Road, Bramley, Surrey, England with his wife Marian. Thomas was a baker and confectioner living in Birtley Road in Bramley, his father Thomas John Elwin was also listed as a baker and confectioner. This is a mistake I believe as he died in 1922.      Rosemary Anne Chewter was born on 20 January 1944 in Wonersh, Surrey, England.1 She was the daughter of Charles Stanley George Chewter and Violet Ethel Burton. She was baptised on 21 May 1944 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England.2 She married George Graham Scott on 31 October 1964 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Charles C G Chewter and George A Scott. George was a police officer and his father George Alexander Scott was a school teacher. Rosemary's father Charles Stanley George Chewter was a printer.3

     Ellen Maude Buckler was born on 2 November 1912. She married Charles Frank Oliver, son of George Edward Oliver and Caroline Mary Hogsflesh, in 1936 in Surrey, England.1 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Ellen was listed as living at 1 Jubilee Villas Government Road, Guildford, Surrey, England with her husband Charles. Charles was a coal merchant and civil defence amulance driver.2 She died on 3 September 1993 in Surrey, England, at age 80.3,4 She was buried in Municpal Cemetery, Ash, Surrey, England.3
