The ceremony was witnessed by Edward Radford and E Sutherland. Andrew was an only son and an accountant living in The Ridgeway, Teddington. His father Edward Sutherland was a retired banker. his parents lived in Teddington Tewksbury in Gloucestershire. Elizabeth was a teacher living in Meads in Wonersh. Her father Edward Arthur Carter was a chartered accountant.^3,4 Edward and Elsie moved to Chepstow in July 1985 to be near their daughters.⁵
